We’re always happy to welcome new patients to The Dentist @ KT3. If you’re considering joining our practice, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Our friendly team is on hand to answer any questions and help you understand what to expect from your first visit.

Please download the Registration Form below and return it in person. Please note we are only currently able to accept children aged 17 or under and adults who are entitled to free dental care on the NHS. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our practice.
